Acquiantance Party

My first ever rotation as a medical intern is at the Pediatric Out-patient department. It's benign compared to Wards, NICU and ER but we'll still go on duties as relievers. Since it's holiday today (May 1), I don't have to go to the hospital but I still went back to Manila earlier (April 30) to attend the supposedly "Acquiantance Party" of the interns. The party's primary purpose is to get-to-know the post-graduate interns from other schools, but no! Only 5 out of around 105 attended, boo! Hahaha!

the only brod who attended, haha!

Hello to the 5 PGIs who attended: JC, Third, Christine, Toby and Blake.
Sooo am nervous but at the same time, excited on internship! I promise to focus well on my studies as it will surely help in the medical boards next year. I hope I still have time to detox or surely, my off will be sweeter than before as I will cherish every freedom I'll be getting.

For now PGH says this...

2-day paradise

It was a very promising day. I woke up early as usual. Went out and saw water a few meters from our hut, yey! finally, more (water and) time to swim! I hurriedly changed to my bikinis and stayed by the hammock!

If you want a secret paradise ala Survivor Island, Cagbalete is the perfect place. I'm glad that I was able to visit it but honestly one visit  is enough for me. Travel time is almost as long as travel to Ilocos, beach is okay, super low tide on daytime sucks esp when substrate is rocky and no electricity and food is very "survivor".

If I want to go to the beach over the weekend, i'd rather go to Batangas, Zambales or La Union. I thought it was just me, given that I'd been to beaches all over Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao but no!!! a few of my sisses told me that it's a 24-hour beach paradise. Staying there longer may not be fun anymore. haha! The island is very undeveloped but it has potentials. :) Still, thanks sisses for the fun and experience!
