Blessed 2013

I'm thankful that despite the internship, board review, pre-res etc, I was given the opportunity to visit a lot of places locally. #bohol #cebu #bicol #misibisbay #ilocosnorte #ilocossur #launion #benguet #baguio #nasugbu May we still be able to travel in 2014 despite residency, haha!

Why i love this year? I graduated from a top medical university, i passed the medical boards and i got into a residency training program from a world-renowned medical institution. Thank you for everything! This is a happy happy 2013 and i wish you all a happy happy new year! Cheers to 2014!

Food trip pa!

After strolling in Powerplant, we went to the hotel for an afternoon nap.

For dinner, we walked from the hotel to Mitsuyado Sei-men: The House of Tsukemen in Jupiter Street. We wanted to try the infamous cheese tsukemen. Tsukemen means dipping noodles.

We love the interiors, we were transported to a Japanese street-food place.

We went back to the hotel but we realized that this will be our last date for the year so wanted to maximize it and not just spend the night sleeping. We strolled around the area until we ended up at Ayala Triangle where we can find dessert. We totally forgot about the lights and sounds show, the place was packed.

We claimed our free Golden Spoon yogurt, my fave yogurt brand. Every 8 orders, you get 1 free serving. :) I have 11 stickers so we got one free cup. :)

For the last Sunday of the year, we attended mass at the Chapel of San Pedro Calungsod in SM Aura.
We had lunch at Tamarind: Taste of Thai which is under the same management as Jatujak in MOA and Mango Tree in Bonifacio High Street Centrale.

14 years of friendship

My high school friends and I had our mandatory Christmas date in Alabang.
We were supposed to eat and drink at Bugsy's but the place is full at 6:30pm. We bought time by drinking coffee and milk tea at UCC however at 8pm, there is still no table available. AND they never texted me the whole night! Argh!
